Let’s Get Together…
Last Sunday, despite the lockdown and thousands of miles between us, I did a video cooking class with 4 of my grandchildren. We made scones, the class was less than 30 minutes, and then, afterwards, we all posted pictures of our final product, once it was out of the oven.
My scones, with video conferencing in the background.
And, somewhere, in the middle of the our video call, I realised how much fun this would be to do it on a wider reaching scale! So, this evening I will be doing a FaceBook Live video at 7 PM, France time, and, in the US, at 1:00 PM East Coast, 10:00 AM West Coast. No worries if you can’t tune in at that exact time- the video will be available on my FaceBook feed (Maurine Fischel) and on the Chez Moe en France page on FaceBook.
The live videos will air on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the same time-7 PM, France time, and, in the US, at 1:00 PM East Coast, 10:00 AM West Coast. Again, they will be available on the dedicated FaceBook page for viewing later.
UPDATE- as of July 25: New Membership Pricing and Schedules, Plus Information on the Membership Site can be found here
I have menus planned for the month of April:
Tuesday, April 7: Onion Soup and Leafy Green Salad with a Vinaigrette Dressing

So, how do you sign up? Just click the link here and send me $40 for the month of April. Or, pick the 3 month for the price of two option at $80.00! I will then add you to the private FaceBook page, et voilà! You’re in!
This is a spontaneous project, and we will be working with what’s available. Because of that, FaceBook seemed like the best way to set this up, initially. If you are not on FaceBook, bear with me. I’m looking at alternatives!
Please feel free to ask questions or make suggestions for possible menu items.
Looking forward to having fun with you!
