Saturday Cooking Class- Two 1-1/2 hour Zoom classes per month One cooking class- $35 1-1/2 hour Zoom class with recipes provided in advance in case you want to cook along, plus access to the finished class by video. Held 2 Saturdays a month, these classes will include skills and techniques and will tackle a single subject (like gratins, tarts, soufflées, or Cuisine Minceur-French Gourmet Diet Food). Students are encouraged to cook along! You will receive recipes and a shopping list when you sign up for the class and a copy of the class video provided after the class for future reference.

La Vie en Rose Level: $ 9.99 month (recurring payment) or 99.99 a year Access to once weekly (Tuesdays) cooking from France on Facebook plus access to class videos and recipes in the Private to Members Only pages on www.chezmoeenfrance.

Le Parapluie (Umbrella) Level – both the Tuesday Facebook Live classes and the twice a month Zoom Classes. $25 a month (recurring payment) or $250 a year.
