Zoom Classes
Join me in my kitchen where I’ll share recipes I’ve discovered while living here in the beautiful Southwest of France. Known as the agricultural hub of France, we have access to farm fresh dairy products, produce and locally grown meats and poultry. Many of the recipes have been on the tables of Gascony for centuries, some will be an updated twist using foods from the local markets.
We will make some recipes I have learned from friends (all fabulous cooks), some from the French cookbooks I pour over daily, inspired by the phenomenal bounty of produce, and by local French chefs who I’ve come to love. Recipes will be provided ahead of class in case you want to cook along, and a video of the class will be shared the day after the class for your reference in the future.
Each class will be $30.00 for Chez Moe En France Members (get more information on Membership here) or $40.00 per class for non-Members.
