After dreaming about it for years, I moved to France in 2016 to live a true La Vie En Rose. Not to Paris, as many assumed, but to a small town in Southwestern France where food is truly at the center of life. Its grown all around us. The vendors at our weekly markets are our neighbors, and they grow what they sell. We can go directly to the farms for vegetables and fruit, as well as ducks and chickens, not to mention wine and armagnac.

Cooking has always been a passionate focus for me, and I love sharing it with others. Please consider joining in for the one or both options offered: Live Facebook half hour classes on Tuesdays or 1-1/2 hour virtual Zoom classes on Saturdays.

LA VIE EN ROSE LEVEL– Facebook Live Weekly Classes

La Vie en Rose Level: $ 9.99 month (recurring payment) or  99.99 a year Facebook Private Group with access to once weekly (Tuesdays) cooking from France on Facebook, plus access to class videos and recipes in the Private to Members Only pages on www.chezmoeenfrance.

LA PARAPLUIE LEVEL– Twice weekly 1 1/2 hour Zoom Cooking Classes

Le Parapluie (Umbrella) Level – both the Wednesday Facebook Live classes and the twice a month Zoom Classes.  $25 a month (recurring payment) or $250 a year. 1-1/2 hour Zoom class with recipes provided in advance in case you want to cook along, plus access to the finished class by video. Held 2 Saturdays a month, these classes will include skills and techniques and will tackle a single subject (like gratins, tarts, soufflées, or Cuisine Minceur-French Gourmet Diet Food). Students are encouraged to cook along! You will receive recipes and a shopping list when you sign up for the class and a copy of the class video provided after the class for future reference.
