Chez Moe en France
Each season brings new inspiration at the marché, from local producteurs, and the challenge to create local, traditional recipes. We have a truffle market in the winter; glorious and colourful blossoms or yellow, pink and white to remind us it’s spring; a lively summer night market with tempting local foods and wines, and lively music and dancing; and, in Fall, the vindage and glorious sunsets. From my first week here I have spent a lot of time in the kitchen, cooking like a local, picking up ideas from the vendors at the market, French cookbooks and magazines, visits to restaurants in the region, and my posse of talented cooking friends. These are the recipes I like to share in my classes cooking from my French kitchen at Chez Moe.
